Ha Noi City tour ( full day ) – Heart of Vietnam
Ha noi is the capital of Vietnam which is located on the banks of the Red River with tranquil Hoan Kiem Lake. Ha Noi has 36 streets in the Old Quarter, each of them named after the trade that used to take place there. Welcome to travel with us in order to gain a lot of interesting things.
Itinerary ( daily departure )
8:30am: Tour guide and driver of Vietviewtravel will pick you up at hotel to take part in Hanoi City Tour, firstly visit Ho Chi Minh’s Complex including his Mausoleum (is closed from 03 Sep until 06 Nov 2014 for renovation), his house on stilt, the botanical garden and the Presidential palace while learning about his life and revolutionary activities. Around 11:00am,arriving at the Temple of Literature. This is the combination of the Confucius Temple worshiping Confucius which was built in 1070 and the first Royal National university in Vietnam built 6 years later in 1076. Considered as "an escape" from the bustling city, this temple and its beautiful garden provide an opportunity
to learn more about education in Vietnam since 100 years ago until recent history. Our tour guide will book lunch at the local Restaurant with Vietnamese traditional Cuisines.
After lunch: We continue to visit the interesting Ethnology Museum, Hoan Kiem Lake ( Restored Sword Lake ) and Ngoc Son temple. You also will take the 1 hour –cyclo tour around the Old Quarter through its streets which are named after the guilds that used to represent such as Hang Bac ( Silver Street ), Hang Gai ( Silk Street ), Hang Tre ( Bamboo Street ) etc… and enjoy the amazing time for Water Puppet Show before return to hotel.
